- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without having to specify the reason (so-called right of reconsideration), within 14 days from the delivery date of the products purchased, with the exception of customized ones, for which the withdrawal is not allowed. To avail the right of withdrawal, the customer may: use the appropriate form available here qui, or make any statement from which it expressly emerges the desire to withdraw from the contract.
The form, or the declaration, must be sent by registered mail to the following address: Tenet Unique Ltd., Via Santa Tecla n. 4, 20122 Milano (MI), or by certified mail at tenetunique@pec.it.
The customer is obliged to return the products for which he/she expressed the right of withdrawal, with shipment to the address indicated above, within 14 days from the date communicating withdrawal from the contract. The products must be intact, undamaged or dirty, packed in their original packaging and complete in all their parts, including the original tax and shipping documentation. The costs and risks associated with the return are charged to the customer. Upon receipt of the returned goods, Tenet Unique will verify the integrity of the product and the completeness of the accompanying documentation, as well as:
- if the return is compliant, the price of the product will be refunded directly through the payment instrument used by the customer, within 14 days of reception of the return;
- if the return is not compliant, a refund less than the price paid, proportionally to the decreased value of the product resulting from a different handling than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, or no refund at all.
- LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE
The customer has the duty to examine the product received as soon as possible and to report any defects and non-compliance by contacting Tenet Unique’s Customer Service.
Tenet Unique will briefly evaluate the customer’s report and communicate, in case of positive result, the methods of returning the product for repair or replacement. In any case, Tenet Unique reserves the right to verify the actual operation of the legal guarantee, upon receipt of the product, and in the event of a negative assessment, to return the product to the customer, at the latter’s expense.
The operation of any warranty in case of use that does not conform to the specifications indicated on the label and of washing that does not comply with the instructions/warnings given in the reference illustrative documentation, on the tags and/or on the labels, is excluded. In any case, the alterations of the product, caused by its normal use, and any small imperfection caused by the manufacturing process of the product do not constitute defects of conformity.
